Christmas & New Years Trading Hours
Due to the high parcel volumes & backlog, some areas may see delays in expected delivery times so it is highly recommended to place your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
We will be despatching all orders next business day or if we can in the same day to give you the best possible chance.
Trading Hours Over Christmas:
The last date of Order’s Cut-Off Time will be the 18th of December 2024.
The last day for dispatch will be the 19th of December 2024.
We will not be dispatching any orders again until the 20th December 2024 to 09th January 2025.
Parcel Post:
VIC: 18th December
NSW/ACT/QLD/SA/TAS: 17th December
WA/NT: 12th December
Express Post:
VIC/NSW/ACT/QLD/SA/TAS: 19th December
WA/NT: 15th December

Shipping:
We will be closed from 20th December 2024 to January 09th 2025.
Any orders placed between this time will be shipped out January 10th 2025.
The last day of dispatch will be 19th of December 2024. We will try to get all orders placed before 2PM out that day. Any orders placed after 2PM on the 19th of December will not be shipped until the 10th of January 2025.
Refunds cannot be processed while the item is In-transit seems the delivery is not guaranteed some times courier might have some delays which is out of our control we can help you to fast track it but it’s out of our control even when the item is damaged it takes time for us process refund because we need to investigate it is damaged or it loss until we get the confirmation from the courier company we won’t be able to process the refund it will take 2 to 3 weeks to process a refund cannot be done immediately apologies for the inconvenience.

All orders are shipped within 3 to 4 business day from our warehouse (except for club orders which are shipped in the first week of the following month of order). We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific date.

We use Australia Post as our main courier partner. Their average delivery times for parcels from time of dispatch (orders are dispatched within 1 business day of the order being placed) are below:

After you submit the order we will ship on the same day once the payment is confirmed. All order will leave our warehouse at the end of the day via our courier partners.
Yes. We send invoice via email that registered on your account or filled in a check out form.
In some instances we may not be able to ship to your location due to alcohol restrictions or transport constraints. In an event where we are unable to fulfil your order, we will promptly notify you and provide a full refund.
