Ardbeg 19 Year Old Traigh Bhan Batch #2 is the second release in the celebrated Traigh Bhan series, inspired by the “Singing Sands” of Islay’s Traigh Bhan beach. Aged to perfection over 19 years, this single malt captures the rugged yet refined essence of Islay, combining intense peat smoke with vibrant citrus and a touch of spice. Crafted in small quantities, this limited-edition whisky is an exceptional addition to any collection, embodying Ardbeg’s commitment to innovation and tradition.

Matured in American oak and Oloroso sherry casks, this sublime 19 year old whisky is the epitome of an aged Ardbeg. Part of a highly sought-after and collectable Ardbeg series, Ardbeg 19 Year Old Traigh Bhan Batch #2 is a new permanent expression, released only in limited batches each year

  • Collector’s Favourite: A rare and sought-after whisky for enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.

“The palate features sweet fruits like tinned pineapple and apricots, accompanied by soot, licorice and smoked kippers. A hint of bandages and a whiff of iodine as well. Balanced and mature on the nose, with a peat influence to match. Still rather sooty and ashy though. Whiffs of tropical fruit followed by a nice salinity with soft smoke and touches of plastic. Mature Ardbeg is rare these days, so this is rather a treat.” – Blair Phillips, Distiller (91 Points)
