Description
Tasting note: Very pale yellow hue. A strong juniper focus on the nose is inter meshed with assorted citrus peel, lemon butter, coriander seed and some herbaceous / vegetative notes. A complex sniff. The exceptionally pure, silky and gently warming mouth feel carries through with semi sweet citrus peel and spicy green vegetable/ capsicum like flavours. Persistent, subtle aftertaste of citrus, cream and boiled confectionary. Idiosyncratic. 44% Alc./Vol.
