An aromatic liqueur inspired by a recipe for Planter’s Punch from the 1800s, Acqua Bianca features the rare ingredient ambergris, prized by perfumers, alongside peppermint, rose, lemon, bergamot and citron. Aromas of fresh mint leaves, lemon zest and summer flowers fill the nose. The palate offers notes of aromatic bergamot and rose, green mint and aromatic herbal hints.
