The smooth palate has hints of citrus, rounded spices and a lengthy finish for slow, thoughtful sipping. The Beenleigh Australian Spiced rum is copper pot distilled and slowly mellowed in ex-brandy vats. It is then infused with aromatic spices including vanilla, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. Family owned and made using sugarcane from Australia’s only family owned sugar mill. A gold rum, honeyed in colour, subtle vanilla oak comes through on the nose along with spicy intrigue.
