In 1988, Booker Noe, Grandson of Jim Beam introduced his own signature bourbon – ‘Booker’s’- hand-selected and bottled straight from the barrel, uncut and unfiltered. He first created ‘Booker’s’ as a holiday gift for his special friends, but the Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey was so well received that he decided to make it available to bourbon lovers worldwide. This remains Beam’s flagship brand and is packaged to show it.
Other reviews… Rich copper color. Toffee and earthy, oily roasted peanut aromas. A rich entry leads to a vibrant off-dry full-bodied palate with toasted coconut, toffee, dried fruit, brown spice, white pepper, and wood polish flavors. Finishes with a chewy tannic fade of rich spice and dried fruits. A big brawny style with fire and remarkable balance. Opens and smooth out great with water. Try with cigars.  89 points
