Bosscal Mezcal Joven 750ml

Bosscal Mezcal Joven is a premium quality, artisanal mezcal from Mexico. Mezcal is a type of distilled spirit made from agave, and Bosscal Mezcal Joven is made using 100% Espadin agave, which is grown in the fertile soils of Oaxaca, Mexico. The agave is harvested by hand, and then roasted in an underground pit oven, giving it a smoky flavor that is characteristic of mezcal.

After the roasting process, the agave is crushed and fermented with natural yeasts, before being distilled twice in copper pot stills. The resulting mezcal is then bottled at 40% alcohol by volume (ABV), in a 750ml bottle.

Bosscal Mezcal Joven is a young, unaged mezcal that has a complex and unique flavor profile. It has a smoky, earthy aroma with notes of citrus and herbs, and a smooth, slightly sweet taste with hints of vanilla and caramel.
