Crusoe Organic White Rum 750ml

CRUSOE organic silver rum is made from fair trade organic molasses that have been micro-oxygenated to bring out the flavour of the sugar cane. The usual process of barrel ageing (for mellowing) and charcoal filtering (to strip out wood colour and flavour) that’s common to most silver Molasses is discarded. Instead, micro-oxygenation is used to mellow this Molasses, which preserves the natural flavour and aroma of cane (no charcoal filtering) and helps avoid cutting down trees for barrels.
