Dasher + Fisher Saffron Gin (500ml) A gin that champions one of the world’s most expensive spices – saffron – and it’s locally grown. Made from fourteen botanicals native Tasmanian Pepperberry, it presents a floral and spicy palette with Pepperberry warmth and sublime lingering saffron finish.
Tasting note: Viscous neon yellow. A spice shop bouquet with obvious saffron, as well as hints of lemon grass, lavender and pepper warmth. Judiciously balanced, the keynote botanical never completely smothering the gin. Excellent length. Try it in a G & T garnished with a sprig of thyme. 40% Alc./Vol.
