Highlights of pears and tropical fruit, alongside some spice and savoury notes. This fresh and lively wine is made with estate-grown Pinot Grigio from our Hazards vineyard located on the East coast of Tasmania.
Perfect to sip on while enjoying fresh Tasmanian seafood; think of oysters, sashimi, or just an afternoon aperitif.
Aroma: Fragrant and enticing with highlights of pears and tropical fruit, against an attractive herbal backdrop.
Palate: The palate is showing excellent weight and intensity and loaded with the flavour of ripe, yellow pears and apples alongside some spice and savoury notes. The finish is crisp and clean and with enough acidity to leave the mouth watering for more. Drink while young and fresh.
