The Deniset Jeune absinthe is one of the few clear absinthes made by the distillery. It is characterised by its freshness and its distinct wormwood flavour.

The name “Deniset Jeune” refers to a former absinthe producer, Henri Denisett, inventors of the pine-bud liqueur called Liqueur de Sapin.
