Don Papa Baroko is a 700ml bottle of premium rum produced in the Philippines. It is named after Papa Isio, a hero of the Philippine Revolution who was known for his courage and leadership. This aged rum is made from sugarcane grown on the island of Negros and is aged for 7 years in American oak barrels, giving it a smooth and complex flavor with notes of vanilla, honey, and candied fruits. It has a rich and golden color, and is 40% alcohol by volume (ABV). Don Papa Baroko can be enjoyed neat or on the rocks, and is also a great choice for cocktails that call for a premium aged rum.
