Description
Effen is the Dutch word for smooth, even and balanced, summing up this vodka beautifully. It is distilled from wheat grown in northern Holland, using in a low-temperature method to minimise the risk of caramelisation. Unlike in typical distillation processes, the liquid is forced up through peat rather than through charcoal.
