The source of Finlaggan has remained a very closely guarded secret since its inception. To find its origin you’ll simply have to taste it and find out! On the nose theres light medicinal notes with hints of peanut, band-aid, manuka honey and dry biscuits. The palate has flavours of sweet peat and grain with barley malt, medium smoke, antiseptic, nutmeg and ginger. The finish is long, sweet and with toasty oak and some peppermint.
