Gancia: an icon of Italian sparkling wine. Their wines are made in the underground cellars of Casa Gancia, a UNESCO world heritage site. These cellars contain 16 stainless steel tanks and over 1000 oak barrels and sit at a constant temperature year-round, for perfect mastery and consistency of quality winemaking.
