Marking the Year of the Snake, the Glenallachie 11 Year Old PX & Virgin Oak Cask Finish is a meticulously crafted single malt Scotch whisky that symbolizes transformation and renewal. This limited-edition expression is aged in Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks and finished in Virgin Oak barrels, creating a richly textured whisky that balances bold sweetness with the vibrancy of toasted oak. With layers of dried fruit, dark chocolate, and subtle spice, it is an exceptional celebration of artistry and tradition.
Bottled in honour of Lunar New Year 2025, this celebratory single malt is a spectacular multi-wood finish created by Master Distiller Billy Walker to mark the auspicious Year of the Snake.
Having been skilfully matured in Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso and virgin oak casks, the resulting whisky is worthy of toasting the momentous occasion.
