A 2004 vintage Glenburge, 15 yr old, from independent bottler Gordon and MacPhail. Matured in re-fill Sherry butts. Bottled in 2019.
Tasting Notes
NOSE :Â Sherry influences, warming spice and sweet toffee aromas initially. Hints of dried orange peel and oak combine with brazil nut and oily aromas.
TASTE :Â Sweet with plenty of seville orange flavours. milk chocolate, raisins, and cinnamon with underlying oak and roasted nuts.
FINISH :Â Sweet and buttery with lingering spice and oak tones.
