Tasting note: [Cursory notes from a 20ml sample]… Glorious, brilliant mahogany colour. The aromas slowly yield scents of fruit cake, sweet barley, dark chocolate, vanilla and a hint of bay leaf. A big barley burst is checked by heavy vanilla before the oak tannins kick in. Finishes firm and dry. A few drops of water bring out confectionary / bubble gum scents.
