Glenmorangie 15 Year Old The Cadboll Estate Batch 2 Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a limited edition release from the Highland distillery. It has been matured for 15 years in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, which has resulted in a rich and complex flavor profile. On the nose, there are aromas of honey, vanilla, and citrus, followed by notes of dried fruit, nuts, and spice on the palate. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of smoke.
This expression is named after the Cadboll Estate, which is located near the Glenmorangie distillery in Tain. The estate is known for its Pictish stone, which is said to date back to the 8th century and features a depiction of a salmon, a creature that is also found on the Glenmorangie label.
