This 2021 version is made from a blend of 70% Bourbon barrels, 25% Sauternes barrels, and 5% Sherry Oloroso barrels.

The result is a marriage of classic Kilchoman citrus and peated smoke with layers of peaches, honey and white grape sweetness.

Bottled in its natural colour and non chill-filtered.
