Distilled from barley grown on Rockside Farm in 2012, 2013, and 2014, this whisky has been matured for a minimum of 8 years. The carefully selected 44 bourbon barrels contribute to its exceptional quality and unique flavor profile. Kilchoman, situated on the north-west coast of Islay, is renowned for being the only distillery that completes the entire whisky-making process on-site, from barley cultivation to bottling. This edition reflects the distillery’s commitment to traditional methods and local ingredients.
