Really nicely defined aroma - clearly maintains the presence of the base spirit offering mildly peppery / sappy / vegetal tequila scents underscored by gently tart pomegranate fruit. Light bodied but with decent concentration, pomegranate takes centre stage in the mouth exhibiting freshness and purity authentic to the fruit, rounded off with balancing acidity and hints of tequila shining through late in the aftertaste. Obvious potential in fresh cocktails, sparkling wine or fruit juices. 19% Alc./Vol.
