Description
Aged in a special consignment of American Oak ex-Russel’s Reserve bourbon barrels, this gin is made using the Solera method – a painstaking way of blending the individual flavours from 24 barrels over the space of 12 months. Each month half of each barrel is moved around the Solera creating a subtle and delightful aged gin.
Cask aged Australian gin from McHenry, which has interestingly been matured in a Solera style system (more common with Sherry and sometimes rum) made of bourbon barrels!
