Mountain Distilling Agave Blanco 500ml AGAVE Blanco is our unique expression of a 100% Organic Blue Weber Agave (tequilana) spirit. Our fermentation combines an isolated yeast strain sourced from tequila and mezcal production in Mexico with the subtle influence of local wild yeasts as we open ferment at the foothills of the Macedon Ranges. A high fermentation temperature ensures that we produce a AGAVE Spirit with complex and fruity characteristics reminiscent of the ultra premium tequilas hecho en Mexico. AGAVE Blanco presents strong crunchy pear, fresh cut grass and sweet agave on the nose. This continues through to a silky palate introducing orange blossom, honeydew melon and citrus, making this Agave Blanco ideal for sipping, or as the base of a cracking 'Tommy's Margarita'.
