Tasting note: Brilliant gold. Aroma wise, fairly pedestrian, with all the typical Bourbon notes – vanilla, caramel, bubble gum, marshmallow, some mild orchard fruitiness and later milk chocolate…all very clean. A flurry of spices adds concentration to the dryish delivery. Well handled malt and oak integration allows the quality of the spirit to shine. 43% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
