Nant Sherry Wood Single Cask Single Malt Australian Whisky (500ml)

Tasting note: Deep gold. A little one dimensional on the nose with Marie biscuits and mild sweet sherry pick up. Good sweet/dry balance but pulls up short. The kind of malt a blend drinker might enjoy. Non chill filtered. 43% Alc./Vol.

Deep amber gold. Aromas of beeswax and light marmalade. Stewed fruits evident in the second inspection though overall a little shy. Less spicy than the Bourbon wood with a soft , slow, medium dry profile that unfolds with delicate marzipan and fruity malt. Milk chocolate-like to finish. Impressive length.
