Nuestra Soledad Zoquitlan 700ml Mezcales showcases the unique terroir and distillation traditions of six different villages within the Valles Centrales (Central Valley) region of Oaxaca, Mexico. Each expression showcases the diversity of Mexico’s most prevalent Agave varietal used for Mezcal production, Espadin.

The village of Santa María Zoquitlán is located between two rivers. The soil in this area is rich in minerals and crops such as corn, beans and exotic fruits like papaya and watermelon; all contributing to the resulting palette of subtle fruit and spice of this Mezcal.
