Sweetdram Whisky Amaro 700ml Scotch single malt and grain casks precisely blended then infused with botanicals and local honey. Bittered, balanced and the first of its kind.

Deliberately kept at strength so it can take a little dilution. Savour over ice or top with soda for a complex modern highball.

Botanicals: Allspice, hibiscus, coriander, lovage, kola, quassia, rhubarb, lemon and lingonberry

Base: Ardmore (7-year-old, ex-bourbon 1st fill), North British (3-year-old, virgin oak) and Invergordon (12-year-old, ex-sherry)

Pale ruby red. Dry, rooty, raw beetroot-like aromas give way to bittersweet, warming notes suggesting clove, cola, smokey cardamom, rhubarb, all-spice and bitter peel. The aroma-range follows in a full-bodied, highly textural Amaro with a medley of turmeric, saffron, quinine and lemon peel-like notes. The finish is earthy, spicy, bittersweet and long. Try it over ice or topped with soda. 40% Alc./Vol.
