Vecchia Romagna Etichetta Nera Italian Brandy is a high-quality brandy produced by the Distillerie Fratelli Branca in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. It is made from a blend of wines from the Trebbiano grape variety that are distilled using the traditional “Charentais” method, which is a double distillation process in copper pot stills. The brandy is aged for a minimum of 10 years in oak barrels before being bottled at 38% alcohol by volume. The 700mL bottle is usually dark in color with a black label, it has a dark amber color and a rich, complex flavor profile with notes of vanilla, caramel, toasted wood and dried fruit. This is a premium brandy and is appreciated for its smoothness and complexity, and perfect to be enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
