Wahaka is produced by the family of 5th Gen. Maestro Mezcalero Alberto Morales and the community of San Dionisio, Ocotepec. Its is made from 100% Agave Angustifolia wiith a harvest maturity of 8-9 Yrs. The agaves are Earth pit roasted, Tahona milled, Natural Fermented, Double copper distilled, delivering a genuine 25 day Artisanal Hand Crafted process, from a single village sustainable estate harvested, USDA certified 100% Organic product.
