For the 2010 edition, Optic and Oxbridge varieties were planted across the breadth of the island in 2009; gathering the harvests together has resulted in this first 'regional Islay release' - the fifth in the Islay Barley series since it commenced in 2004. This all natural whisky (non chill filtered and colouring free) was matured in ex-Bourbon and French wine casks.\n\n\n\n
