Description

A collaboration between Tennessee distillers Corsair and 78°, creating a Whiksey that brings together three prominent Whiskey regions. By combining peated Scottish malt with our unmalted Mallala barley, which has been smoked by Corsair using American Cherrywood, along with a portion of local barley that was smoked by 78° using local Red Gum creating a truly unique smoked Whiskey.
