Our Organic Shiraz Cabernet is sourced from our own Organically certified Nanya vineyard and premium Certified Organic growers in the McLaren Vale region.The low disease pressure and moderately fertile soils of these vineyards allow them to be farmed without using synthetic fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides and hence they are fully certi?ed organic. TASTING NOTES Dark purple red with aromas of black cherry, black currant and plum before a palate loaded with these same characters and additional chocolate and subtle oak with a soft, earthy finish.
