Cocalero De Altura is a premium herbal spirit crafted in the high-altitude city of La Paz, Bolivia, situated at 3,600 meters above sea level. Distilled using over 20 hand-selected botanicals—including coca leaf, palo santo, eucalyptus, coriander, and anise—this unique spirit embodies the rich traditions and vibrant flavors of South America. The high-altitude distillation process, conducted in artisanal copper pot stills, allows for a lower boiling point, resulting in a smoother extraction of flavors. After distillation, the spirit is rested for a minimum of 30 days and blended with pure water from the Cordillera Real Mountains to achieve its final character.
