The first collaboration between our Chief Blender Thibaut Hontanx and House of Suntory’s Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo, this remarkable 2023 blend is aged in casks made from the rare Japanese Mizunara oak tree and filled with Grand Champagne, Petite Champagne and Borderies aged in Mizunara Japanese oak barrels. A unique and exotic expression of our House Style, Cognac in Blossom, the Courvoisier Mizunara 2023 Blend takes cognac to a new and exquisite place.
One of only 500 bottles, Courvoisier present a unique and exotic expression of their House Style, Cognac in Blossom, with the Courvoisier Mizunara 2023. This unique spirit, made from a blend of Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Borderies is traditionally aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of 10 years. It is then moved to new Mizunara barrels for the remaining few years, revealing exotic aromas of an exceptionally harmonious and aromatic cognac.
