Made from fourteen botanicals native Tasmanian Pepperberry, it presents a floral and spicy palette with Pepperberry warmth and sublime lingering saffron finish. Tasting note: Viscous neon yellow. A spice shop bouquet with obvious saffron, as well as hints of lemon grass, lavender and pepper warmth. Judiciously balanced, the keynote botanical never completely smothering the gin.
