This Deanston 10 year old is part of the new 2020, Original Collection from Cadenhead’s. This replaces the older Small Batch and Single Casks bottlings. Matured in a mixture of 80% ex-Bourbon and 20% ex-Madeira casks. “A well balanced cask make-up, some sweetness and a long finish make for an interesting dram” Tasting Notes Nose: Apple skins, green tomatoes, stewed fruits. Palate: Malty, rye bread, freshly baked cake. Finish: Long finish with sour grape candy and ice gems.
