Tasting note: Produced from an organic wheat base and 14 botanicals including juniper berries, lavender, fresh lemon zest, angelica, orris, coriander, cloves, allspice, fennel, vanilla beans, cardamom, cinnamon, chamomile and star anise. Brilliant gold-orange. Like a spiced rum on the nose, highlighting cinnamon, clove and Indian spices over low-key pine and citrus peel. Middle weighted; quite dry and lean on entry with the spices building over whispers of juniper. Concludes bone dry, warming, satisfying.
