Description

This bottling from Hardy is a Fine Champagne Cognac using grapes (ugni blanc, colombard, and folle blanche) from both the Grande and Petite Champagne regions. The cognac is aged in lightly toasted Limousin oak casks between 15-25 years before bottling. The trademark of Hardy Cognacs is the soft, smooth mouthfeel, and this well-aged XO ticks all the boxes with a deep, rich colour, aromas of rose petals, dates and cigar box, along with cinnamon, cloves and raisins.
