Hillwood Tasmanian Chardonnay Cask is aged in French oak wood. A Single Cask, Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky, Non-chill filtered, directly from the Cask.At 60-63% ABV, 500ml, Cask Strength. Tasting Notes Nose: Jammy sweet and malty with notes of raisins and dates. Palette: A lovely, oily, and sweet opening then the clean alcohol reveals chewy malt and nuttiness. Finish: The warm alcohol lingers to provide a crisp and semi-dry finish with some lovely high floral notes.
