A tantalisingly light and fruit-filled composition; a single malt whisky with notes of orange blossom and honeysuckle that embodies the characteristics of a crisp Tasmanian spring morning. A combination of Port, Sherry, Bourbon, White Oak and Wine casks from our Bothwell Distillery were selected to complement the juicy flavours of vibrant berries from the finishing casks: Frogmore Creek’s ex-Lark Distillery Ruby Pinot ortified wine casks. With mouth-watering inflections of mandarin, maple and meadow honey, this is a compellingly crisp single malt whisky reminiscent of a springtime sunrise in the Tasmanian highlands.
