Mackintosh Blended Scotch Whisky 700ml - Distilled in Scotland. A gently sherried blend of single malt whiskies from Highland and Speyside. Nothing younger than seven years. No grain whisky. An excellent value blended malt whisky that is pleasingly moreish, un-chill filtered and all natural colour. Mackintosh has been developed by distribution company Proof & Co, who have a strong presence with premium bars across Asia and Australia. It's bottled at 41% and finished for a short amount of time in ex-sherry casks. The distilleries used here are undisclosed, but the whiskies used - all single malts - have been sourced from across Speyside and Highland with nothing under the age of 6 years old in the mix.
