Martell Cordon Bleu Cognac 700mL A rich and satisfying Cognac, Martell Cordon Bleu is among the best you can find. Its individual taste sets it aside from the more 'standard' Cognacs. ABV %40
Here, we have a unique cognac in the XO category, Martell Cordon Bleu is endowed with beautiful complexity and rich aromas, making it a legendary cognac. Its high proportion of Borderies marks this blend, expanding on its caramelised character with the smoothness of sweet spices, gingerbread and roasted cocoa beans. "Find a big, complex nose, with candied fruits, along with oak and a light spiciness, as well as dark chocolate and a deep nuttiness. The palate is smooth and rich, big with raisins and red fruits before moving into oak and faint baking spices which provide a bit of depth. Find almonds and marzipan on a warming finish, along with cinnamon and light pepper." - Jake Emen, Distiller Tasting Notes:

Colour: Deep, golden copper.

Aroma: Vibrant, rich and complex, with orchard fruit – candied plum and apple – harmonising with roasted notes of mocha coffee, toasted almonds and vetiver.

Taste: An exceptionally rounded, mellow sensation further enhanced by Borderies eaux-de-vie, which lend elegance and complexity. An impressively long finish characterised by notes of fruit and spices.
