Stewed black orchard fruits with earthiness and spice.
PALATE: Robust and full – palate-coating texture. Light, leathery spiciness, notes of apricot and honey. Sweet and savoury, with a dark, full, and rounded intensity. FINISH: Long and complex, with a surprising sweetening at the finish.
