Big bold character, rich and full of flavour.    \u003ci\u003eMatured in a Pinot Noir cask. Brass gold. Softly scented with ripe plummy fruit on the nose, wine-soaked pears and trace clove followed by vanilla and a touch of marshmallow. The palate hints at dried fruits and bubblegum, followed by suggestions of raspberry jube through the finish.
