An innovative Canadian whisky that's been aged for 21 years and then finished in casks that previously held Scotch whisky from Speyside. It's far from a gimmick, however – taste it and you'll discover rich, fruity notes combined with warm spice, dry oak, prunes, hints of tobacco and a rich, honeyed butteryness.
