Gently peppery aromas with hints of cherry ripe chocolate and aeration accentuating a glace cherry / marzipan lift. Light and graceful in the mouth with silky layers of juicy fruit'n'nut chocolate and delicate spices carrying the finish. Non chill filtered. 46% Alc./Vol.
The SPEY is a single malt from the Speyside Distillery, owned by Harvey's of Edinburgh. It is initially aged in bourbon casks before enjoying a 6 month finishing period in Tawny Port casks, giving a subtle ruby hue and vibrant, fruit-filled flavour profile.
