When it comes to our Blanco, we’re rebels. Relaxed, but rebels nonetheless. You see, by law, a Tres Agaves Organic Tequila Blanco 750ml can be aged up to 60 days in order to mute the agave flavors. But we love the taste of agave, because when your agaves are organic, grown in the Tequila Valley, and slowly roasted to perfection, there’s nothing to hide. That’s why we bottle our Blanco just as soon as it’s distilled.
