This exceptional whiskey is a blend of all three classic Irish whiskey types: malt, grain, and pure pot still. It is characterized by its high content of pot still whiskey, finished in aged Oloroso sherry casks. The result is a rich and complex flavor profile with notes of caramel, vanilla, floral hints, and a subtle sherry influence. Tullamore D.E.W. Phoenix is is a blend of all three types of Irish Whiskey; Golden Grain, Malt and Pure Pot Still Whiskey. Characterised by its high content Pot Still Whiskey finished in old Oloroso Sherry Casks and is bottled at 46.2% ABV.
