Ardbeg Uigeadail is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky produced by the Ardbeg Distillery, located on the southern coast of the Islay region in Scotland. This whisky is named after the Loch Uigeadail, which provides the pure water source for the distillery.

Ardbeg Uigeadail is a blend of whiskies aged in sherry and bourbon casks, with a higher proportion of sherry cask matured whisky than Ardbeg’s standard expression. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at cask strength, which varies from batch to batch but typically ranges between 54% and 57%.

This whisky has a deep amber color and a rich, smoky aroma with notes of dark chocolate, espresso, and dried fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, with flavors of peat smoke, roasted nuts, raisins, and dark chocolate. The finish is long and warming, with a lingering smokiness and a hint of sweetness.
